How About Getting The Whole Building To Watch The Demolition Of The Small Car Wash, Sir?

Annoyance
This morning, I woke up with a crisis in hand- I am running out of pressed clothes to wear to work. I basically have exhausted the ones that I like and left with those that are in my last-resort section. I haven’t done my laundry eversince my return from 2008 Vacation (yes motherrrrr….).
And once I’m done with my Last-Resort, I will have to go search for the iron, in which I hope I don’t have to do till Friday.
Oh wait! I STILL have to iron my baju kurung tomorrow for I have to attend to Fendy’s open house the PROPER way. And that, my friends, marks the history of my wearing baju kurung for THE VERY FIRST TIME to the office.
Told ya me no fan of that attire…
The drive to work was a challenging one. I have to succumb to the fact that mom didn’t prepare breakfast and that I have to leave the house with grumbling stomach that screamed to be fed.
Don’t ask me about preparing my own.
My appetite is growing…
And I’m turning into a ‘Food Monster’. :)
Which is good lah kan… ;)
Now people, let me get to my main point of today’s entry.
This morning, upon reaching the office, I saw an ocean of people at the open-air car park across my office. Failing to make valid assumption on what the hell was actually going on, I just drove to find the nearest parking spot, in which in the end left me with one that is ‘5 minutes walking’ away from my usual spot.
My curiousity was then fed– it’s DBKL trying to bring down the car park, which was 1/16 the size of the lot.
And the amount of officers witnessing to the ‘ceremony’ was insanely ridiculous– around 30 of them.
Such a famous building!
I couldn’t see any relevance of having such big amount of people just to demolish such plankton-sized metal canopy.
Could it be that they are out of objects for entertainment?
The possibility is always there…
Come Monday, I’m Going To Hate What I Wrote Today :(
For the past few weeks, my days have been filled with many beautiful things.
(What an opening!)
I had the best vacation to date… The Lonely Planet way.
I experienced the most wonderful Raya by far.
I got (and still get) to taste the most wonderful feeling that I’ve never thought I’d feel.
And last but not least, I have someone to call my own…
*a tear*
These beautiful things still happen until today.
Just recently, I changed my status.
Unexpectedly, I received quite a number of comments within a short period of time.
Thank you for sharing your happiness guys. :)
Finally huh? :)

When I decided to accept the deal of working at the field that is totally alien and irrelevant to what I learnt in school, I know I am going to like it.
And I do.
Spending 3 days mingling with the delegates from the spa industry allowed me to meet with many wonderful people. Having been to this field for only 6 months, being presented with the opportunity to get to know the players made me like what I’m doing even more.
And my most favourite delegate would be Clayton Horton, the director of Greenpath Yoga.
Having to meet the guy behind the ‘advertisement’ (yep, you can see his ad in Yoga Journal), it was indeed such a great pleasure. It’s a shame that I didn’t manage to have 6am sessions with him.
That’s what you get when you meet someone of the same interest.
The same thing happened when I discovered about Opelet77’s other passenger, Glenn.
RB, pardon for the conversation between us that took place during most of the journey. :)
“Yoga Keeps Me Flexible” ;)

After the 5 days vacation, I am back with a tan that entitles me to be called ‘Tanggachy’.
Hitam!
But when you have a great traveling companion with you, even a sunburn will become the smallest issue to deal with.
What I got to taste along the period:
1- Having your name to be called for boarding. Makes me famous for a minute. :)
2- Having to discover Penang to bit- something that I weirdly didn’t manage to achieve during my 4 days stay in Penang in 2007.
3- Having to do (2) the traveler’s way and not the tourist’s way.
4- Getting on a boat to Medan instead of flying, in which it contributed to my tan (soaking up the sun at the deck just to avoid myself from having motion sickness, which I usually get when I am not behind the wheel)
5- Having a near-accident experience on the way back to Medan from Toba Lake.
6- Having to claim more tan during the swim at Toba (the most memorable moment of all)
7- Having to experience near-gate-closing experience during the trip back to KL, in which the flight was later delayed by 20 minutes. Hermph!
8- Having to have a sweet, amazing traveling partner who makes the whole trip the most exciting, thrilling, superb one I’ve ever had (by far). Looking forward to our next trip, RB!
It’s nearing 4am and I wished to elaborate more on the trip.
But I shall do it later.
:)
Have a nice weekend ahead!
