In the The Office killing time before going off to home sweet home. All the blogs I frequent to have been checked out and was basically left with nothing else to Google. Suddenly I remembered a blog of a film producer, the late Yasmin Ahmad. Out of my curiousity, I clicked on the comment of her last entry dated July 22nd in hope to see comments made post her departure.

A disappointment. No comment since the last one she replied to.

Her passing is still fresh.

And too abrupt with no room to digest one tick at a time.

It definitely makes us mortals be reminded of how short life can be and how full of surprises it has in store.

So many things to look into.

More reason to ponder.

Perhaps it’s time to re-revise my priorities…

Oh, and the nearby pub is holding a tribute to the late MJ with quite a big-sized impersonator.

Maybe it’s time to hit home.

Heh!

On a lighter note, Happy Birthday Switzerland! :)

A great reward for being able to stay strong throughout the day fasting. And kudos to the stomach for not even growling despite having its last feed at 8pm on Sunday.

My ’sushi appetite’ still lingers around but of less tantrums. But I guess it’s better than the oily lot. With my morning breakfast consists of warm water diluted with honey, my stomach is doing better (not that it was in another wave of discomfort). Haven’t really read about the properties of honey with only the general knowledge that it’s a great remedy for most of the illnesses, I only managed to grasp the details last Friday.

And warm honey drink tastes yummy! :)

RB and I will be having our 10th month next week.

How time flies.

With the initial 4 months away with Skype, MMSes and SMSes as the mediator and 6 months (and counting) being together with no Skype but just a phone call away, it’s no doubt that I’ve discovered quite a lot not only about my partner, but most importantly myself.

I’ve discovered that…

… I am not as ‘dry-hearted’ as I thought I am (ada ka term ni?), and that I am still able to love.

Given the right partner, everyone is able to love. :)

… it’s true when they say ‘Love will come to you when you least expect it.’

God gave me RB after I decided that I’ve had enough of uncertainties.:)

And God makes me experience thing that I least expect and does not happen to many people. I’m indeed lucky! :))

… love is about giving and taking.

The world is no longer about me and me alone. Learning to embrace the perfections and accepting the imperfections of my partner teach me to ‘look more before I leap’. :)

… looking at how far both of us have gone now, I am actually quite a good girlfriend (despite some annoying things I carry with me)!

Don’t you agree with me RB?

LOL!

When Anger Is Too Much To Swallow Whole

Perhaps I am still not recovered from the anger I have over a customer last Thursday. I was too pissed off till I don’t really care if it showed in my face. There are just some things you can’t tolerate and let go and that you would say ‘Yes’ to the idea of rewinding to that very moment.

That particular person simply does not worth a single bit of my respect. I am not surprised if I shouted at him should he do shit next time. I just don’t care and I just don’t mind losing him as a customer.

I refuse to say more for I will get too carried away and emotional.

It’s not good when I start to get emotional. I tend to hurt a few innocent people along the way.

Till then!

July has been behaving well by far. Only that just a few minutes ago I received a call from Mom informing that her step mom, who is my step grandmother passed away.

Apart from the one mentioned above, everything is back to normal for me, RB and the rest whom I mentioned in the previous entry.

MJ will finally be put to rest.

Zahra is now back to her usual antics.

Only G is out of reach. Haven’t seen him in FB for more than a couple of weeks now. Looks like he’s still trying to get a hold of the contract issue.

I wish him well.

On the lighter note, I’m still not broke like I always was the previous months. I’m impressed with the expenditure as well.

Wonder what actually causes it…

And that is another good news. :)

And apart from the other ATM card I haven’t replaced, I pretty much have everything in position. Perhaps I should let it be and use it as my savings account.

Please remind me to deposit 150 bucks later.
